DOUBLE SEAM EVALUATION (CES)
The double Seam Evaluation course aims to train and enhance the skills of everyone involved with the integrity of the double seam and its formation and importance to food can safety. It covers seam formation, important measurements, and possible can seam/end defects.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This class is recommended for maintenance, quality control, operations and supervisors. This will include testing and certification for double seam evaluation.
ABOUT THIS CLASS
- 2 to 3 hour class for general knowledge of how a double seam is formed and evaluated for commercial acceptability. (Includes Wrinkle School).
- 4 to 6 hour class will include the above mentioned material and detailed instructions (hands-on) on how to utilize the tools for performing double seam evaluation.
- Course price: $50/person. Minimum of four participants. Maximum charge capped at $750/class.
