Angelus 61H Closing Machine

Hands-on training to improve skills and knowledge of the Angelus 61H Closing Machine. Participants will learn how to remove and reinstall change parts, seaming spindles, lower turret lifters, seaming lever shafts, and all cover feed components while understanding the correct setup for each assembly. This in-depth advanced course is specifically designed to elevate the skills of experienced seamer mechanics and supervisors.

About This Class

  • Silgan University offers a four day training session which is intended to provide mechanics with hands on training to enhance their skills and knowledge of the Angelus 61H Closing Machine.
  • New hires or those with limited knowledge of the canning equipment are encouraged as a prerequisite to attend the Timing and Adjustments class first.
