The Double Seam Evaluation course provides training to develop and enhance skills necessary to properly evaluate the integrity of double seams and their importance to food can safety. The class covers seam formation, essential measurements and possible can seam/end defects.

These classes provide hands-on instruction and are taught by experienced professionals in the field.
We will be announcing new training dates in late summer or early fall of 2022 for the end of the year beginning of the 2023 training season.
